Ready-for-Works Kits are supplied by CSQ for schools or Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) delivering the Doorways,Trade Start or other approved program under a contract, current Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or an agreement with CSQ.

Boots vouchers are delivered separately and the RTO must ensure that the Boots Voucher Register delivered with the vouchers is signed by each participant and returned to CSQ. In the below comments section, please state your postal address for this voucher to be sent out to you.
Boots must be redeemed using the voucher at a Queensland Totally Workwear Store (TWW) (locations can be found at TWW website). Only RTOs/schools located more than 100km from a Totally Workwear store are eligible to have their boots delivered by post. RTOs/schools must use the Blundstone foot measuring tool and provide the correct boot size for each participant to CSQ. The RTO/school must pay the postage for any returns. Please notify CSQ if you are more than 100km from a TWW store and require postal delivery by using the comments box in the order form.
The 'number of kits' ordered must not exceed the number of participants specified in a contract, MOU or agreement.
Any unused kits including boots vouchers must be returned to CSQ in their original condition.
You must allow no less than 10 working days for processing and delivery of Ready-for-Work Kits.
Once you receive your order missing or damaged items must be reported to the Customer Support Centre 1800 798 488 within 5 working days of receiving the order. Any shirts ordered which do not fit a participant must be returned, in their original condition, prior to any replacement shirts being dispatched. Requests for such replacement items must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns must be made within 10 working days of receiving order.
